DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The incumbent will perform the following dutiesfor all WHO programmes with a particular focus on health programming : Programme planning (including strategic planning and operational planning), technical monitoring including specific health-related output indicators linked to GPW,Regional Strategic Operational Plan and Flagship Initiatives, performance assessment and corporate reporting (including Mid Term Review and the End of Biennium Assessment):1. Contribute to the development of regional process guidance, briefings and tools. 2. Provide targeted support to Budget Centers and follow up their progress towards timely submissions. 3. Review the Budget Center submissions to ensure quality and alignment with public health and results- principles and process guidance. 4.
