The role bridges Sales, Solution Architecture, and Delivery , supporting RFP responses, client presentations, and end-to-end workplace transformation solution design. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Desk, EUC, ITSM, Modern Workplace, Automation & AI-driven support , along with experience in enterprise managed services solutioning. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand Digital Workplace requirements.
