Key Responsibilities
You will work in close collaboration with GTD (Global Training Department) for Presales and serve as the primary owner of overseas presales capability development , taking end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the overseas presales capability framework.
Overseas Presales & New-Hire Capability Development (Result Owner)
- Take full ownership of presales combat readiness outcomes for overseas teams, rather than focusing solely on training delivery.
- Design and implement English-based onboarding and capability development programs for new hires, enabling rapid mastery of overseas products, solutions, and presales methodologies, and significantly shortening time-to-productivity.
