Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Supply chain management, Business Administration, Food technology or related field
- Strong background in raw materials and packaging procurement
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in ERP Systems and procurement tools
- Conduct routine sourcing activities aligned with forecast and new product development
- Identify and qualify suppliers that meet food safety, quality and sustainability standards
- Monitor material performance (Cost, quality and compliance to food safety)
- Regular coordination with R&D and planning to understand sourcing needs and detailed specifications
