:To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Flex Perai.
Partner with the Design & Engineering teams and commercial teams to drive the design, validation and implementation of innovative and cost-effective product solutions of varying scope in order to meet customer requirements from development of conceptual prototypes and architecture thru the NPI phase. Work closely with the Director of Program Management to define market and product requirements and provide voice of the market and customer to the design & engineering teams in I&NV.
What a typical day looks like:
Drive the execution of product development, contributing technical expertise to product development, coordinating the development of new technologies with technical program engineers, and ensuring program timing and budgets are met
