Job Description

JOB TITLE: Technical Program Manager IV - (M&A / Deals)

LOCATION: Menlo Park, CA (onsite preferred, open to remote within PST only)

DURATION: 6 Months with potential extension

PAY RANGE: $127 - $137/hr.



TOP 3 SKILLS:

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience with direct exposure to M&A, partnerships, venture deals, or corporate transaction execution and/or operationalization

  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple concurrent cross-functional workstreams in tech or similar complex organizations

  • Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect detailed execution work to broader strategic outcomes across Finance, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Operations
