AdOps Specialist – Technical Project Manager
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the bridge between business needs and technical execution. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will own the product backlog, define priorities, and ensure that the Tech team delivers high‑impact features aligned with Optima’s strategic goals. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to translate complex ad‑tech challenges into clear, actionable product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with the CTO and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog. Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
