Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in DFM kick-off and follow through the DFM process closely with Penang design and project teams.
- Act as the early technical interface to understand customer expectations, process requirements, and risk areas.
- Review machine concept, mechanical/electrical/control design readiness, IOSM, timing charts, and working instructions.
- Provide practical onsite feedback (based on site constraints and customer standards) before machine shipment.
- Identify technical gaps, potential integration risks, and escalate concerns early.
- Support internal design reviews, FAT preparation, and shipment readiness discussions.
- Align with Field Service planning for anticipated onsite support scope.
- Serve as the primary onsite technical liaison with the customer throughout Demo, EVT, AB, ramp, and post-launch phases.
- Participate directly in machine setup, fine alignment, testing, debugging, and commissioning.
