Technical Project Manager (Office-Based)
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Project Technical Manager to manage and coordinate the technical aspects of multiple projects from the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all engineering disciplines across multiple projects.
- Review and submit material submittals in compliance with building codes, regulations, and green building requirements.
- Coordinate between architectural and structural teams.
- Manage communication with stakeholders regarding project updates and technical changes.
- Lead and manage the project technical team.
- Review shop drawings prepared in-house and by subcontractors.
- Coordinate engineering works between subcontractors and consultants.
- Review IFC drawings, submit RFIs, and ensure alignment with project documentation.
