Technical Project Manager

Location: Singapore

• Manage Enterprise Management Information Platform Project to ensure it is delivered according to the requirements within committed timeline, budget and scope.
• Coordinate discussions, alignments, technical meetings, and testing preparation and validation.
• Support preparation of checklists and readiness documents for every project stage.
• Assist in coordinating with internal teams (Infra, App, Security, Ops, PMO, and other KRI owner) to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Track action items and follow up end to end with owners to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare and maintain project artefacts: minutes, status reports, issue records, project documents, and sign off documents.
• Support audit and compliance documentation.
• Consolidate weekly/monthly progress updates for management and steering committees.
