Tether Wallet is a self‑custodial wallet used by people worldwide to hold, send, and transact with USDt, XAUt, USAt, and BTC. We ship to a global audience, and every release involves engineering, design, legal, compliance, licensing, expansion, marketing, and customer support.
Responsibilities
Your job is to ensure that once a feature is specified, it gets delivered on time, with all dependencies handled, and no stakeholder is left waiting on a deliverable.
- Act as the single point of coordination across all cross‑functional teams, knowing what each team needs and how their work plugs into the release timeline.
- Lead releases end‑to‑end, from sprint planning through QA, bug triage, legal sign‑off, compliance review, support enablement, marketing coordination, and launch.
