Job Description
What you'll do:
· Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions
· Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments

· Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product
· Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans
· Implement, generate, and govern project metrics and KPIs to track team performance, delivery velocity, and quality outcomes; continuously refine measurement frameworks to drive data-driven improvements
· Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)
