This role is central to our growth journey, bridging vendor management with sales and production needs. Key Responsibilities Procurement & PO Management End-to-end PO handling in Zoho (Books/Inventory); no Excel tracking Maintain PO confirmation TAT 1 week Weekly OTIF tracking & reporting; highlight delays Supplier negotiations, comparison sheets & landed costing Ensure all supplier commitments recorded in Zoho Category Sourcing (Electrical Safety / PPE) Source across 10 product categories; launch 35 SKUs/category Maintain 2 suppliers per Tier 1 category (incl. 1 domestic) Supplier qualification: compliance, MOQ, lead time, pricing Support import docs: HS code, Bill of Entry, ...
