We are a growing IT services organization deliveringservices and solutionsacross the APAC region. We are looking for a sharp, people-first Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience to join our delivery team.
Your primary focus will be Singapore-based hiring mandates— you will be the go-to person for sourcing, engaging, and placing the right technical talent in one of Asia's most competitive tech markets.
What You Will Do- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles primarily based in Singapore, with occasional regional support across APAC
- Partner with the Delivery Manager to translate client and project requirements into focused, effective sourcing strategies
- Go beyond the resume — assess team and organizational fit, career motivations, and professional background to identify candidates who are the right fit, not just on paper but in practice
