Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for telecom technical and field operations positions, including Riggers, Technicians, Electricians, Grid Team Leads, Cluster Owners, DG Technicians, DG Mechanics, TXN Experts, DG Mechanic-Overhauling, CP Coordinators, Regional Security Officers, Fuel Analysts, NOC Officers, and other telecom professionals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical competencies, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and present qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical telecom positions to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, CV databases, and candidate records.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring the timely closure of positions.
