Job Description
Position outputs
- Gather relevant data to support failure / condition reports
- Compile failure / condition reports to conform to BRC quality standards
- Create SIMS reports for all repairs
- Provide technical representatives with sufficient information to complete the root cause analysis process
- Drive Individual Development action plan
- Utilise appropriate technology to develop own competence e.g. Cat DPC, etc.
- Perform root cause analysis of failed components and parts
- Advise and assist in failure analysis outcomes
- Develop expertise in analysing failures by coaching
- Analyse and record failures and final results captured in database
- Compile informative failure analysis reports and feedback to all relevant parties
- Provide expert technical support for Warranty resolution
