Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with the Sales Operations Manager and sales team to identify reporting needs and ensure data accuracy and completeness. Design and develop insightful dashboards in Thoughtspot & Salesforce that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights to various stakeholders. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports in Salesforce, including: Sales performance reports (e.g., pipeline, quota attainment, win/loss analysis)Activity reports Customer & Market segmentation reports Competitive analysis reports Use data analysis (including SQL) to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement.
