- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives
- Lead the sales process, set performance targets, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned by management **Drive the company car when visiting the client site

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Chemistry or related
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the Chemical Trading or Manufacturing industry
