Our Team
The ECE Program is a fast track to sales-engineering roles with clear career progression and global opportunities. During the six month program, you will undergo structured technical and commercial training covering sales methodology, datacenter connectivity, power & cooling basics, cabling systems, and Molex product portfolios. You will also receive on-the-job training to prepare you for a sales role after the six-month program.
