Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in solar sales and business development.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and BESS
- Ability to analyze electricity bills and recommend suitable system sizes.
- Experience preparing solar proposals and financial savings calculations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Ability to conduct customer meetings and site surveys.

- Engage with inbound and outbound solar leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and direct outreach.
