Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and consultancy for Pre-sales and post-sales service to technical team and meet customers' expectations. Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers through sales planning and scheduled calls. Develop technical team competency in supporting the products and solutions offered by the Company. Monitor and provide technical support at project site to ensure that the work quality meets established standards as well as customers' requirements. Perform site-visit upon project enquiries. Prepare technical documentation for project bidding and assist in tendering process. Attend all necessary projects' site meetings when required in order to ensure smooth hand over. Conduct regular technical updates and knowledge sharing session with the technical team. Maintain high level of professional services and contacts with all major customers.
