Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business relationships with OEMs, retrofit customers, end users, and business partners in Japan
- Understand customer needs and provide technical consultation with suitable solutions
- Support customers throughout the full sales process, including: Technical discussions, Product presentations, Quotations and negotiations, Project follow-up, After-sales support.
- Coordinate closely with headquarters in Germany regarding technical and commercial matters
- Communicate customer requirements internally and support technical issue resolution
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the sustainable growth of the Japanese market
- Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and technical expertise
