Job Responsibilities
- Actively manage bidding on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.
- Identify high-potential client opportunities aligned with our service stack.
- Write tailored, high-quality proposals (not generic templates).
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand project scope, tech needs, and business goals.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify leads and prepare project briefs for technical teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners for accurate estimations and solution recommendations.
- Maintain proposal metrics, win-rate reports, and client communications in Zoho CRM.
- Assist in preparing Upwork profile updates, case studies, and portfolio maintenance.
