The Technical Sales Manager leads the sales function for solar solutions, driving revenue growth by developing strategic accounts, providing technical guidance, and managing a team of Business Development Officers (BDOs). Ensures alignment with business objectives, maximizes sales opportunities, and maintains a competitive edge in the market.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key accounts and market segments.
