Job Description
The Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding long-term partnerships with customers across the assigned region, ensuring high customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth. A key success factor in this role is the proactive identification and acquisition of new business opportunities, with a strong focus on prospecting and converting new customers.
The position includes direct sales responsibilities within the defined territory as well as effective collaboration with distribution partners. In addition, the role carries accountability for achieving revenue targets, profitability, and overall market development for the ABT product portfolio.
