Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff nationwide for general trading.
- Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff.
- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including marketing materials.
- Tracking the quotas and goals of each sales team.
- Answering client questions regarding their account of sales products.
- Working with staff members from other departments such as Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Invoicing, and financing to optimize sales target, incentive, rebates, etc.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced sales and customers service skills.
- Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales effort.
- Knowledgeable of trends and regulations in their specific industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members.
