Your role and responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive technical assistance to both the Estimation and Sales teams. Ensuring adherence to company protocols, contract requirements, quality benchmarks, health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as meeting schedule commitments. Managing and supervising factory operations, fostering development, and enhancing standardized processes to enhance the efficiency of estimation support for the ELSE Division's sales team.
