**Description**
The AI Agentic Program seeks a Technical Scrum Master with strong experience leading Agile software teams delivering cloud-native, intelligence-driven, and autonomous multi-agent systems. The individual should have deep knowledge of Agile practices and experience coordinating distributed engineering, data, and DevSecOps teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams developing AI agentic architectures and multi-agent systems.
+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Coordinate work across engineering, data science, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment and delivery readiness.
