Job Description

Our client is the world’s leading manufacturer and supplier of commercial home appliances.

The Technical Service Representative will be responsible for the following key functions:

  • Being responsible for Technical Services in Thailand.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers to communicate about Technical problems and solutions.
  • Assisting local and overseas customers with technical questions submitted by email or direct phone to the factory.
  • Performing such other specific tasks as the Company may from time to time instruct within the usual scope of work of the Company’s organization. Validating in-process testing and advising on corrections required to ensure that the raw materials and products are within specification.
  • Operating test equipment as per laboratory methods, maintaining equipment in good condition, and testing and troubleshooting all instrumentation devices.
