Role Overview:
At Looks Aesthetics, as a Counselor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients exploring aesthetic solutions. Your role will be to deeply understand each client’s goals, educate them on suitable treatments, and ensure a personalized, seamless experience from the initial consultation through post-treatment care.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultations:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' skincare concerns, goals, and medical history.
- Explain various aesthetic treatments, including benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
Sales & Conversion:
