Mission
The Technical Service Representative (TSR) provides on-site technical support to ensure that PPG’s protective and marine coatings (Sigma Coatings, Amercoat, Freitag) are applied according to specifications, standards, and recommended procedures. This role safeguards PPG’s interests by maintaining accurate project documentation, identifying deviations, and supporting customers, contractors, and applicators throughout the application process. The TSR contributes to customer satisfaction, claim prevention, and the overall technical excellence of the PMC business.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Field Technical Service guidelines and PPG PMC procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project records and complete standard reporting forms in a timely manner.
