Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end bidding and tendering process (go/no-go, pre-bid, submission)
- Oversee quantity take-offs, BOQ, costing, and unit price analysis (DUPA)
- Manage and coordinate multi-department bid teams
- Review and finalize technical, commercial, and eligibility documents
- Handle post-bid clarifications and project handover
Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer (preferably Civil), registered with PRC
- 8+ years experience in construction, including bidding & costing
- Strong background in BOQ, estimates, and tender documentation
- Experience handling government and/or private projects
