Key Job Accountabilities: 

  • Engine Workscoping

    • Prescribe workscope for engine overhaul or rectification


    Liaise with customers on engine condition and technical issues


    Integrate customer requirements into internal work processes


    Liaise with OEM for technical support and latest technical updates


    Generate Engine Condition Reports

  • New Capability Setup

    • To do First Article on new processes and equipment


    To perform risk assessment on aviation safety for new processes and equipment


    To design and commission new toolings or fixtures


    To evaluate equivalency for tooling and consumable

  • Documentation

    • Review publications from airworthiness authorities and OEM, and integrate into internal work processes
