Technical Services Lead – Weir Motion Metrics, San Juan, Argentina (Hybrid)
Purpose of Role:
The position plays a key role in ensuring high quality customer service, supporting all field activities, and overseeing deployment and maintenance planning in alignment with established standards. It requires hands‑on participation in installation and maintenance projects across Argentina and provides technical training and essential administrative support to the Regional Field Service Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Regional Field Services Technicians of Motion Metrics, schedule and supervise field service activities in Argentina.
- Conduct technical training sessions for diverse audiences—customers and internal teams—tailored to varying levels of expertise.
