Technical Services Team Lead – North Luzon
Location: Taguig City, National Capital Region, Philippines. Functional Area: Field Service. Working Model: Hybrid. Requisition ID: 12244.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership – Supervise service engineers/technicians, manage schedules and assignments, and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Service Delivery – Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, provide advanced technical expertise, and validate service reports for accuracy.
- Performance Management – Monitor KPIs, conduct evaluations, and identify training needs to develop team capability.
- Customer Engagement – Act as technical liaison with hospitals and dialysis centers, elevate critical issues, and support product demonstrations and training.
- Process Improvement – Enhance service processes, manage spare parts and inventory, and ensure compliance with audits, QMS, and safety standards.
