Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Technical Sourcer (6 Month FTC) to transform how we find and engage talent through modern, AI‑augmented sourcing strategies. Working with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in identifying exceptional people who will drive McLaren Racing’s success while pioneering new, tech‑enabled approaches to Talent Acquisition.

- Specialist sourcing and talent intelligence role at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and technology innovation
- Works closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers across commercial, business performance and technical functions
- Owns and executes sourcing strategies end‑to‑end
- Strong focus on passive candidate engagement and talent mapping
