FORMAL EDUCATION: Matric (NQF 3) compulsory Tertiary IT Qualification (NQF5 or higher; i.e. Diploma, Degree) TECHNICAL / LEGAL CERTIFICATION MD-102: Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate. AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals. AZ-104: Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate. ITIL Version 3 or higher (recommended) EXPERIENCE: Microsoft Intune Demonstrated expertise in modern desktop management technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune. Extensive development and scripting experience, particularly using Power Shell. Advanced skills in configuring and evaluating Intune Compliance Policies, including proficiency in troubleshooting complex issues. Comprehensive understanding of the integration between Entra ID and Conditional Access Policies, and their relationship to Mobile Device Management within Intune.
