WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a
Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing Panasonic’s Heating & Cooling strategy to life. You are the technical expert behind our innovative solutions, including heat pumps (A2W), room air conditioners (RAC, PAC), and VRF systems.
Your role is varied, hands-on, and impactful. You will:
Provide high-level technical support to distributors, installers, and end users, both on-site and remotely Deliver engaging product and service training sessions for customers and service partners Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials Proactively contribute ideas to improve processes and operations together with your colleagues and Service Manager Collaborate closely with our European Technical Support Team Support the call center with technical inquiries via phone and email, ensuring fast, effective, and customer-oriented solutions
