Job Summary:
Altair is looking for candidates with a passion for Systems Engineering to join our Enterprise Computing support team. In their new role, a successful candidate will be working with customers running some of the most powerful super computer clusters in the world today. You would be working with and debugging state of the art High Performance Computing software, Cloud Computing, and the software to configure and manage these large clusters.
As part of this team, you will be responsible for root cause analysis (including performance and core file analysis) and escalation management for client issues. This includes assisting the L1 Support teams in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Altair HPCWorks software. And, you will be responsible to assist in maintaining documentation, both internal and customer facing, enabling us to evolve and share what we know with Altair, and our customers.
