Job Description
As a Technical Superintendent at BSM , you will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical and operational oversight of assigned vessels, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient ship management. The role plays a critical part in connecting ship and shore by acting as the primary technical point of contact for vessels, clients, and external stakeholders, while supporting BSM’s strategic objectives, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver contractual ship management services in line with customer agreements, ensuring vessels meet required technical and operational standards.
- Act as the primary technical contact for Masters and Chief Engineers, providing guidance on safety, maintenance, drydock planning, critical equipment, and non-routine repairs.
