The Technical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the technical management and maintenance of assigned vessels, ensuring their safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation. The role requires close coordination with vessel crews, ship owners, and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with international regulations, class requirements, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vessel Maintenance & Performance: Monitor and manage the maintenance, repairs, and overall technical performance of assigned vessels.
- Dry Docking & Repairs: Plan, supervise, and coordinate dry-docking, major repairs, and maintenance schedules within budget and timeline.
