Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of concrete and trackwork construction projects.
- Coordinate and schedule activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and cost control.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to project management.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete and trackwork construction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
