About the Role
As a CBRE Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for engineering operations and directing technicians, vendors, and subcontractors, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians, assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- Manage budgets and costs associated with maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with facilities staff, management, and external contractors to resolve issues.
