The Opportunity:
CACI seeks a cleared Technical Support Agent to support a mid-size to large Key Management Infrastructure Help Desk program for the CACI organization. The Technical Support Administrative Agent would support Department of Navy (DoN) KOAMs and the Government Customer.
Responsibilities:
Track help desk activity by gathering metrics to identify current and future concerns.
Provided weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Help Desk Trend Analysis
Obtain/update KMI account configuration management
