Responsibilities of the position
Technical support and diagnostics
- Coordinate with the dealerships’ technical managers and assist in developing technical diagnostic solutions;
- Provide support for special events and technical inquiries;
- Manage failures in real time, provide follow-up and support in complex cases;
- Record errors and coordinate with the technical support platform.
Technical management and coordination with platform
- Manage technical matters related to the market and coordinate technical issues and fault logs with the China platform;
- Coordinate the development of tools for the international market, provide training on its use and support its localization.
Training and technical documentation
- Preparing and drafting technical bulletins, technical case studies, and monthly reports;
