Technical Support Engineer
- Support the Service Manager in preparation of weekly and monthly service reports.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth and efficient daily service operations when required.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of equipment
- Support engineers in troubleshooting hardware issues
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.
