MissionAs a Technical Support Engineer Intern, you will act as a technical investigator, translating complex puzzles into actionable solutions for our customers and ensuring the Edge remains reliable by diagnosing real‑world use cases and providing direct feedback to product teams.
Internship OverviewThis 12‑week intensive internship focuses on developing deep networking, security, and serverless compute proficiency, with mentorship and job‑shadowing.
Responsibilities- Deep‑Dive investigations of networking, security, and performance issues.
- Help customers operate and optimize Cloudflare Workers AI, including LLM and vector database edge operations.
- Use CLI tools (curl, dig, mtr, openssl) to diagnose global traffic patterns.
