Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for end users across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues, supporting endpoint devices, managing user accounts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations while maintaining compliance with organizational security standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
End User Support
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop issues.
- Support client-side applications and perform software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
