Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for enterprise platforms across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves incident management, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and supporting mission-critical applications in a fast-paced production environment. Provide L2/L3 application support and troubleshoot production issues across enterprise systems. Investigate, track, and resolve incidents within agreed service levels (SLAs). Analyse system logs, database records, and application behaviour to identify root causes and implement fixes.
