Job Description
1 Responsibilities of the Role:
- Acquire technical knowledge on product applications.
- Diagnose, trouble shooting and resolve technical hardware and software problems.
- Effectively answer, prioritize and escape customer issues
- Work closely with Sales team on customer feedback
- Provide onsite support and training
2 Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of PLC programming is added advantage
- 1-2 years’ experience in engineering tasks is preferred but fresh graduates with strong vocational/hands on electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must be a fast learner and can carry out instructions quickly in the study of equipment manufacturing and automation industry.
